- Before you go: With a myJet2 account, you can save your booking, so you don't need to log in more than once. You can also start the countdown, check in online and get your digital boarding passes including Google Wallet or Samsung Wallet. Plus, you can add Travel Essentials, such as seats, in-flight meals, and extra baggage.
- While you're travelling: We've made your booking details more accessible, with all the important information you need to know in one place. For flight bookings, that includes your flight's status, and for package holiday bookings, you'll see your hotel details, travel vouchers, transfer information and exciting excursions available in your resort. To make your journey easier, you can upload and view travel documents for each passenger in one handy area too. There's also easy access to our latest travel safety information.

You can now view and manage passenger details for your saved holiday bookings directly in the app from the new handy Passenger Page. From here, you can update passengers' information, request Assisted Travel and easily track the status of your request.

Have you saved your booking in the app? Then you'll love this update! Our enhanced offline mode now lets you access even more details about your trip without an internet connection. As well as boarding passes and useful documents, we’ve also added links to Jet2shop and our in-flight menu, so you can browse during your flight.

Fixed an issue to enable customers to log in to their booking more easily.
We’ve updated our search panel to make finding the perfect Jet2CityBreak even easier. Already got a hotel in mind? Find it quickly by typing it straight into our new search tool. And when you book in the app, you’ll now get a handy option to save your booking for easier access to your countdown! There are also some improvements to enhance your experience while travelling, including up-to-date information on the day you take off and while you’re away on holiday.

We’ve made some handy updates so using the Jet2holidays app is now even easier. When browsing, you can now view hotel images full-screen. And with our enhanced push notifications that are tailored to you, you’ll be the first to know about app exclusive discounts and services – all you have to do is opt in! You can also now check your transfer details 24 hours before departure and browse our exciting Jet2shop magazine on your day of travel.
Improving your push notification experience
We’ve updated our app again! While we’ve done the usual behind the scenes bug fixes, we’ve also introduced a handy new feature. Saved your booking to the app? You can now book your perfect holiday again before you fly.
Our push notifications are more personal too, with new messages for your preferred destination.
